Click this image and when it opens in new page, you can Right Click > Save As... on your computer

How to configure this? 

1. Drag Image to Convertri canvas

2. Select Image, Click Element Properties

3. Go to Background tab, and Copy image link/URL

4. Go to Element Properties > General Properties

5. Add image link/URL (from Step 3) in Link field, and select Open link in New Tab

6. NA. That is it! Test by clicking above image.
